I personally felt a LOT of relief while reading and after reading this book. The anxiety that I had about who I am and how others would percieve me if I was authentically myselff completely melted away and this book will forever stay on my bookshelf.
Book Description:
The Courage to Be Disliked, already an enormous best seller in Asia with more than 3.5 million copies sold, demonstrates how to unlock the power within yourself to be the person you truly want to be. Using the theories of Alfred Adler, one of the three giants of 20th-century psychology, The Courage to Be Disliked follows an illuminating conversation between a philosopher and a young man. The philosopher explains to his pupil how each of us is able to determine our own life, free from the shackles of past experiences, doubts, and the expectations of others. It's a way of thinking that is deeply liberating, allowing us to develop the courage to change and to ignore the limitations that we and other people have placed on us. The result is a book that is both highly accessible and profound in its importance. Millions have already read and benefited from its wisdom. This truly life-changing audiobook will help you declutter your mind of harmful thoughts and attitudes, helping you to make a lasting change, achieve real happiness, and find success.

My Humble Opinion:
This has The Secret undertones (if you're familiar with the secret and manifestation). I found the research of water being able to change it's molecuar structure based off of the vibrations and words around it so interesting. To be honest, it made me believe that otions are real and I've even been doing my own experiements to calibrate my water for my own needs. Definetly staying on my shelf next to the spell books.
Book Description:
The Hidden Messages in Water is an eye-opening theory showing how water is deeply connected to our individual and collective consciousness. Drawing from his own research, scientific researcher, healer, and popular lecturer Dr Masaru Emoto describes the ability of water to absorb, hold and even retransmit human feelings and emotions. Using high-speed photography, he found that crystals formed in frozen water reveal changes when specific, concentrated thoughts are directed toward it. Music, visual images, words written on paper and photographs also have an impact on the crystal structure. Emoto theorizes that since water has the ability to receive a wide range of frequencies, it can also reflect the universe in this manner. He found that water from clear springs and water exposed to loving words shows brilliant, complex, and colorful snowflake patterns, while polluted water and water exposed to negative thoughts forms incomplete, asymmetrical patterns with dull colors. Emoto believes that since people are 70 percent water, and the Earth is 70 percent water, we can heal our planet and ourselves by consciously expressing love and goodwill.
